Ok i figure out the language thingy. You have to change your language configuration on Windows 10. If you want to play the game on english you should select the english option as your main language on w10. Didn't work for me. I found the solution when u change the language in Skyrim.ini scroll down and delete the following line: [Fonts] sFontConfigFile=Interface\FontConfig_ru.txt. Now the language in the console is back to english :) 1 year later
During set up on my xbox one the wrong country/ language was picked and now after the server choice everything is in french, but the console settings and before choosing the server is in english. I need the game changed to english, but uninstalling, and wiping the storange memory don't work. rRRBMx.
