I haven't seen CR included. Before you sign up, have a look at the advert list. In CoC it only includes the gold pass not other purchases. You can't go on a spending spree with unlimited gems etc. Be warned though, I started a trial of Google play pass and it excluded the monthly offers (that's that clash is classed as rather than the 1000+ games thrown in on the main list).
i dont think upgrade times are too long. Another thing that helps with reducing build times is the gold pass.
