happens to me too. rebooting usually fixes the problem. if you don’t want to rejailbreak every time download power selector tweak and just ldrestart. it pretty much restarts your phone but still keeps your jailbreak. Same issue, began last night. Verizon iPhone 5, both wifi and cellular (LTE). Resetting all settings didn't help. Did not attempt restore after seeing it didn't help other people. It's funny because my fiancee's App Store on her iPhone 5 works normally.
